These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services from D'Vash Aesthetics LLC ("D’Vash Aesthetics"). By booking or receiving services, you agree to these terms.

Booking & deposits

Some services require a deposit to hold your appointment (for example, $100 for the Liquid Gold BBL). Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment.

Cancellation policy

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are subject to a fee of 75% of the booked service.

House calls

Mobile services are subject to a mobility surcharge based on distance from our Harlingen studio. The total is confirmed before your appointment.

Financing

We offer Buy Now, Pay Later financing through GlossGenius for purchases from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval by its financing partner. Payment terms are between you and the financing provider.

Results & medical disclaimer

Aesthetic and wellness services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. A consultation and health review precede treatments; we may decline a service that isn’t appropriate for you.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older (or have legal guardian consent where permitted by law) to receive services.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by D’Vash Aesthetics or used with permission and may not be reproduced without authorization.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D’Vash Aesthetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
